Chef Angela-Michelle is an expert at rolling with the punches and keeping things FUN! We had an incredible time with her. Our group was mixed on experience level, some using wine bottles as rolling pins and others very experienced home cooks. The class was fun for all levels and everyone ended up with incredible results. She takes the time to personally asses each person's progress and make specific recommendations. We loved it so much we're going to give another class with her as a gift to our family!
